1. Service Description
H.Investments NL B.V. provides AI-powered construction reports (H.A.I Construct) and investment search services (H.A.I Invest). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Complimentary Trial
Trial access includes: H.A.I Construct (3-report allocation) OR H.A.I Invest (3-search allocation with 3 results each + Executive Summary reports) OR Both Apps (3 reports + 3 searches). Limited to one trial per person/email/IP address. All trial allocations subject to AI platform capacity availability. Seller/representative contact details require paid subscription or pay-per-report access.
3. Subscription & AI Capacity Limits
Fair Use Policy: Monthly and annual subscriptions provide access to report generation and search functionality subject to AI platform capacity limits. While we do not impose fixed numeric quotas, we reserve the right to implement reasonable usage limits to ensure quality service delivery for all subscribers.
Typical Usage Patterns:
- • H.A.I Construct Monthly (€24.99): Average 20-35 reports/month (soft cap at 40 reports/month)
- • H.A.I Construct Annual (€249): Average 20-25 reports/month (soft cap at 25 reports/month)
- • H.A.I Invest Standalone (€12.99): Average 12-15 searches + Executive Summaries/month
- • H.A.I Invest Bundled (€6.99): Average 10-12 searches + Executive Summaries/month
- • Annual Both Apps (€249): Construct 20-25 reports + Invest 8-10 searches/month
Capacity Management: During periods of high demand, priority is given to: (1) Annual subscribers, (2) Monthly subscribers, (3) Pay-per-report users. Processing times may vary based on platform load. We commit to processing all requests within 48 hours under normal capacity conditions.
Excessive Use: Use that significantly exceeds typical patterns may be subject to review and reasonable limitations to protect service quality for all users. Users approaching or exceeding soft caps will receive notification before any usage restrictions are applied. We reserve the right to implement temporary processing delays or request upgraded subscription tiers for sustained high-volume usage.
4. Billing & Commitment Periods
Monthly subscriptions require 1-month minimum commitment. Annual subscriptions require 1-year minimum commitment. All fees in Euros (€). Pay-per-report access billed at €4.99 per construction report or €4.99 per investment Executive Summary.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Subscriptions may be cancelled after minimum commitment period. No refunds for partial periods. Unused report allocations do not roll over and do not entitle users to refunds.
6. Data Privacy
We collect personal information (name, email, company) and technical documents in accordance with GDPR. Data is stored securely and not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide services.

Limitation of Liability: H.Investments NL B.V. is not liable for losses arising from: (a) investment decisions based on our content, (b) inaccuracies in AI-generated content, (c) market changes, (d) third-party data errors, or (e) service interruptions due to capacity constraints.
Due Diligence Required: Users must conduct independent due diligence, inspections, legal reviews, and financial analysis before proceeding with any transaction.
Third-Party Investments: Investment opportunities may involve third parties. We do not guarantee accuracy, legitimacy, or quality of third-party offerings. Transactions are between user and property owner.
Regulatory Compliance: Users are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, building codes, zoning requirements, and licensing in their jurisdiction.
7. Intellectual Property
Generated reports are licensed to you for your internal use. Commercial redistribution prohibited. Our AI platform and branding remain our exclusive property.
8. Acceptable Use
Prohibited activities include: sharing login credentials, reverse-engineering our AI, uploading malicious content, using services for illegal purposes, creating multiple accounts to abuse trial access, or excessive automated usage that impacts platform capacity for other users.
9. Service Modifications
We may modify pricing, features, capacity limits, or fair use policies with 30 days advance notice. We may discontinue services with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions honored through current commitment period at agreed pricing.
10. Platform Availability
We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, capacity constraints, or technical issues. No credits or refunds for temporary service interruptions under 48 hours.
11. Limitation of Liability
Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be resolved in Netherlands courts.
